The third largest of the island's main resorts, Play Blanca, still feels like a fishing village, despite having grown from about 30 houses to a bustling tourist resort in the last 20 years.
Playa Blanca has a pretty waterfront, with 1 main, small, sandy beach and a pleasant promenade. There is a large working harbour, used by local fishermen, many excursion boats and ferries, like this one, which travel back and forth to Fuerteventura throughout the day.
